(Late) Easter Treats

I meant to post these up yesterday, but i was still in the recovery position from the weekends disco shenanigans, still better late than never. Its just a quick round up of a few tracks that i have enjoyed over the first couple of months of the year, including DJ Day’s super remix of Badu’s Honey (easily the best mix of this i have heard yet), some Texan funk from Brownout who are a spin off group of Grupo Fantasma (the support group for Prince’s mammoth stretch of gig’s in London last summer), a hot off the press tune from Jackson Conti (Madlib and Mamao from Azymuth Brazilian side project), DJ Spinna’s tribute to Dilla, Lack of Afro’s cover of The Arctic Monkeys, and finally the best oddball beat of the year so far from Mister Modo.
