Over the past year we have enjoyed guests including Simbad, Dr Rubberfunk, Zero 7, Treva Whateva, Katie Miller, Lubi, Simon Hodge & Kelvin Brown and to celebrate our 4th birthday we welcome ace 7 piece funk band 6ix Toys. The fresh talented group have just released their debut album on First Word Records which includes the belting cover of the Prodigy classic Voodoo People as they follow in the footsteps of label mates The Haggis Horns. They have just spent the summer blazing a trail at festivals like V, Isle of Wight and Secret Garden Party and RBB brings them to top intimate venue The Roadhouse accompanied by reliable resident DJs for a night of quality unique sounds of funk, soul, disco, latin and house.

For anybody who hasn’t been to this venue in Manchester, The Roadhouse has been one of the best venues in the City for live music and club nights (most of Manchesters main club nights over the years have held a residency here at some point) for over 15 years. An awesome dark basement venue, with an exceptional sound system, and just the right side of underground sweatiness for clubbers to forget the world and get lost in the music for 5 or 6 hours…
