Egon + New York Record Fair = Jealous rage

I have had three seperate conversations today around digging. 

Conversation 1 – Robd & I discussing Paul Humphrey & Cool Aid Chemist LP. Weird how you can talk about a record and think ‘I want to hear that’ and then suddenly hours later you are digging and it appears. I bought it Rob. By the way anyone into digging has to go to to On the beat – As ever London prices , sometimes, but jesus the depth of vinyl is stupid. 

Conversation 2 – Juliano (Reckordkingz) called for a chat. He is an old friend and happens to bringing out an LP with Mob Deep, Tradegy etc. As you do. He is sending some totally stupid breaks through the post. I literally have a vinyl addiction and it will never stop. 

Conversation 3- With myself. I just read this and thought I need to buy more, know more, dance more, scratch more, beat mix more, smoke more weed and dig deeper for african madness like this. 

Music is good isn’t it?

    excellent link to the african tunes, sounds like a productive day out for egon and a kick up the arse for the rest of us. Simply must dig deeper.
