Another Northern Comfort Podcast

mixtape

Morning. After a load of messing about with easy ways of recording mixes, and inspired by our ‘takeover’ of the Groovement show the other week, I finally got round to recording a little mix. Well, not really a mix, more an accumulation of records. Anyway, hopefully this will be a fairly regular thing, perhaps weekly, no real thought or planning put into it for now, just 40 mins of the records I’ve been listening to or buying this week.

Here’s the first one, tracklisting’s a little random as I can’t remember a couple of them.

24 Carat Black – Gone Are the Promises of Yesterday
Cheyenne’s Coming – Come Back to Me
Big Pimp Jones – not sure about this one yet
Another funk one – can’t remember
Doris – Beatmaker
Tom Brock – I Love You More and More
Gregory James Edition – Changing Times
Forgotten his name – Superstition
Curtis Mayfield – Short Eyes
Jeffree – Mr Fix it.

Let me know in the comments if you like, send on to other people, etc, etc. Cheers.

Think you're right - didn't notice that on the Mac speakers. Shall make sure the next one sounds better.
  • Cool mix, brightened up my day. Call me a buzz killer but you've got some phase issues with the recording though.
